Is BuddhiBloom the best smartshop? That is not a question we can simply answer with a yes, and we would not find that honest either. The real answer is: it depends on what you are looking for. Below we say honestly where we are strong, and when you are better off buying somewhere else.
Where we are strong
- Honest advice, even when it costs us a sale. We will tell you when something does not suit you or when it may be better to wait a while.
- Personal guidance by email, from a real person, usually within 1 working day. From your first question to after your first time.
- Fresh truffles. We take products out of stock before they pass their shelf life.
- Honest, harm-reduction-focused knowledge without a commercial interest, including pieces that tell you when it is better not to buy.
- Discreet, safe delivery within the Netherlands, in neutral packaging and with a secure payment page.
Where we are not the best yet
- We are new. We do not yet have years of reputation or thousands of reviews. That trust we still have to earn, and we are open about it.
- Our range is deliberately smaller than that of the large web shops. If you are looking for the widest possible choice, you may be better off there.
- We are not necessarily the cheapest. We choose freshness and guidance over the lowest price.
- We work by email, not by phone or chat. If you want someone on the line right away, that suits you less well.
- We only deliver within the Netherlands, not beyond.
When does another shop make more sense?
If you are purely after the largest range, the lowest price or shipping across all of Europe, then a large smartshop or headshop is probably more practical. There is nothing wrong with that. We are at our best when you value honest advice and calm guidance, especially if you are new or still in doubt.
