Every smartshop has its strongest variety, and ours is the High Hawaiians. Five out of five on our strength meter, 25 grams per pack, and a reputation that makes travellers come from far away. This is the honest story, so you know exactly what you are getting.
What High Hawaiians are
High Hawaiians are magic truffles: sclerotia, the underground nodules of a psilocybin-containing fungus, legal in the Netherlands where the mushroom itself is not. You can read how that works legally in magic mushrooms are illegal in the Netherlands, truffles are not. Within the truffle range, High Hawaiians sit at the top in strength: users describe intense visuals, a deep journey and an experience that fills your entire day.
Who they are for
For people with serious psychedelic experience who know how they respond, have their set and setting in order, and keep a full day free, plus a quiet day after. At this strength, a sober tripsitter is not a luxury but a sensible standard.
New to truffles? Build up to them
If this is your first encounter with truffles, a milder variety is a nicer way in: the Tampanensis or Mexicana give you room to discover how you respond. In a few sessions you build the experience that will only make your deep journey with the High Hawaiians more rewarding.
Dosing: less really is more here
The pack contains 25 grams; how much of that becomes your session is up to you. The information on the packaging gives you a starting point, a precision scale makes it exact, and the 90-minute rule is worth its weight in gold: only after that do you know what this dose does for you.
Fresh, chilled, and shipped Monday to Thursday only
Like all our truffles, High Hawaiians are kept fresh and chilled and only shipped Monday to Thursday, so they never spend a weekend in a sorting centre. Unopened, they keep for about two months in the fridge. Note: we currently ship within the Netherlands only.
